  • You are required to exchange this voucher at the specified time and location, guided by one of our designated Ticket Coordinators.
  • Gratuity is not included and is at the discretion of each individual.
  • For your comfort, it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes.
  • Please be aware that large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
  • To enter the Vatican Museums, it is mandatory to cover shoulders and knees.
  • Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs, and all visitors should be capable of independently navigating stairs.
  • While photography is generally permitted in most areas of the Vatican Museums, it is prohibited in the Sistine Chapel.

 

What to Bring
  • Wear comfortable shoes for a pleasant experience.
  • Large backpacks should be left at your hotel; only small purses are allowed inside the Museums.
  • Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
  • Avoid bringing bulky or professional photographic equipment such as tripods or large video cameras, as they are not allowed inside the Museums.

 

Cancellation Policy
  • The tour proceeds regardless of the weather! If you wish to cancel for a full refund or reschedule for a different date/time, please submit your request at least 24 hours before your initial departure. Multiple changes are allowed.     Our meeting point is at Via Tunisi, 4. Please plan to be at the meeting location at least 15 minutes before your chosen departure time. Look for our representative on the steps at the corner of Via Tunisi and Via Sebastiano Veniero. They will be easily identifiable, holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.
